Thermo Fisher Scientific

At Thermo Fisher Scientific I design and manage the creation of microsites, email campaigns and promotions, newsletters, landing pages and web forms. In addition, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute ideas to improve overall site content, navigation, organization, etc. including driving business clients to strategize marketing campaigns across both print and electronic media. As a team consisting of two other web content editors, I’ve also ensured that all content is reviewed, edited and published in a timely manner and according to established design standard, Internet best...

C.L. Wilson Website

The new website for New York Times bestselling author C.L. Wilson is built on the WordPress platform with a custom theme developed on my own framework. This website utilizes a custom Events Management plugin, custom post types and the List Category plugin to manage her Accolades, Reviews and Awards information. The News and Events information is handled with an alternate Loop as well. I also migrated her blog into WordPress from Blogger and integrated her social media activity into the website. The site also utilizes a custom skin to the  jQuery Vertical Accordion Menu, which uses WordPress...

Leslie Dicken

Lisa is an expert at taking an idea and transforming it into a viable website. She was able to come up with a solution for my complicated needs, while making it seem effortless on her part. I have used her more than once to design my websites and each time I’ve been immensely pleased with the results. – Leslie Dicken   Romance author Leslie Dicken and her alter ego Jordanna Kay posed a special challenge for me: she wanted to brand her sites similarly in order to cross-market both of the names she writes under. Tawny Weber Website

Lisa took my website ideas and turned them into an incredible design. She worked with me through the entire process, making sure I not only loved the results, but knew how they worked. Every time I’ve come up with something new I’d like added to my site, she’s found a creative, appealing way to make it happen.   Romance author Tawny Weber was one of my first clients. We recently rebuit her site from scratch and refreshed its look. I widened the site, updated the typography, and added her Facebook and Twitter RSS feeds. Tawny’s...

National Business Aviation Association

From 1995-2006, I worked as the website designer at the National Business Aviation Association. As part of a three-person team consisting of a webmaster and web programmer in addition to myself, we transformed what had been a brochure website to one that contained over 50,000 documents made up of static HTML pages, several databases, a dozen or so email discussion lists and several microsites. Along with an added web content editor, our team also reported live on events during the Association’s Annual Meeting & Convention, which on average hosted 30,000 attendees and 1,000...
